Volunteers for Sydney OzHarvest

Volunteers bring their hearts to an organisation. At OzHarvest we value the contribution that our volunteers make to support our staff and enhance our operations.

As a food rescue charity, the soul of our business is our yellow vans, which pick up excess food from cafes, delis, supermarkets, restaurants and other food suppliers and deliver it straight to one of our agencies who then feed those in need.

Our wonderful volunteers support us in a wide range of activities, such as fundraising, providing support in the office and behind the scenes, assisting with the collection and delivery of food, washing containers used in food distribution, helping out at special events and other various activities within the business.

We want our volunteers to feel they are directly contributing to the work of OzHarvest and be part of the OzHarvest community!

Please note all our volunteers must be over the age of 18.
